COMMON FITTINGS

Every common end. Every common turn.

The trucks carry the threads and configurations you’ll find on nearly every hydraulic machine in the Lower Mainland. If yours is the exception, we’ll track it down.

Thread Types

JIC 37°

The North-American workhorse. 37° flare seat, common on hydraulic equipment.

BSP

British/European parallel thread sealed by a bonded washer. Common on imports.

ORFS

O-Ring Face Seal. Flat face plus O-ring, the most leak-resistant of the common seals.

NPT

Tapered pipe thread — the seal is in the threads themselves. A carryover from plumbing.

Metric (DIN)

24° cone seat. Standard on European mobile and industrial equipment.

SAE O-ring

Straight thread with an O-ring boss. Pump and motor port standard.

Configurations

Straight

Point-to-point. The simplest assembly, full pressure rating end to end.

45° Elbow

Half-bend for tight runs. Keeps hose routing clean without sharp kinks.

90° Elbow

Right angle. The go-to when a hose has to turn hard around a frame.

Tee

Three-way split. One supply line feeds two outlets at the same pressure.

Swivel

Rotating end. Lets the hose twist in service without torquing the threads.

Bulkhead

Pass-through with a mounting flange. For cabinet, panel, or chassis penetrations.

OILS & LUBRICANTS

Oils, fluids & lubricants, by the pail or the drum.
